Definitions Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you give 48hours notice if you require cancelling or re-scheduling an existing appointment.


Your appointment time is valuable and has been reserved specifically for you.

 


Less than 24hours notice impacts business and the opportunity to treat other clients.


We reserve the right to charge 50-100% of the treatment onto your next treatment and also take a deposit for future bookings.


No-Shows will require a deposit if you wish to book with us again

Deposits may be required at busier times.

If you are unhappy with any treatment received please contact us direct.

 

We do not and will not offer refunds.

Nail-Policy 

If you have had your nails done AMAZING!

But...Once you leave the salon it is down to you to look after them!

It is not the fault of the salon if you break, chip or catch your nail.

Nails Break.

They are not indestructible.

NAILS ARE JEWELS NOT TOOLS!

Nails do not just POP off or FALL off. 

Trust me we have heard them all.

Being under pressure makes a nail come off, break or chip.

If we can fix your nail, we will.

There will be a charge for this.

Abuse

Abuse will not be tolerated towards anyone at Definitions.

This means you will not be treated but still may be charged.

You will not be able to rebook.
